Sophia and I are hosting a fun and informal OUTDOOR YOGA EVENT with our GOATS in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support!

Talented YOGA teacher Sophia runs classes each week around Strathearn.
She has offered to do this fun event for MacMillan. She will gather us around our south facing standing stone with lovely south facing views, accompanied by our goats Eric and Ernie and pet sheep Gary Baaaalo and Bleeta Ora.
Sophia will guide us through Salutation to the Sun, followed by standing and sitting strength, posture and flexibility exercises, all the time teaching us to breathe properly and get the most out of the fresh air.
Then there will be OODLES of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits and cake, with plenty of time to chat, afterwards in our barn.
